These guys are pros, and I didn't even consider asking anyone else I've worked with Tailor-Made AV on two home projects. They installed TV, surround sound, and fully integrated audio, once using Sonos, and once with Heos by Denon. Simply the fact that I called them back to handle the installation for a second time indicates how much I liked working with them They deliver a great outcome. We love the Audio Video systems and integration at both homes, and the results are outstanding. More importantly, it’s the way they deal with me as a customer and an individual. I've got health and accessibility issues, and the team worked with me to deliver easy to use and reliable hardware, remotes, TV's and speakers. They helped design home automation options for me, and took my individual issues into account in the planning and installation of our systems. At my most recent install, the service team was on sight for about 3 days. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves, and carefully trained us in the use of our system. But – it’s the little things that sometimes matter the most. While they were doing their install, one of their team members noticed me struggling to move an item that was beyond my physical ability. One of their installers politely offered to help - dropped what they are doing and helped me move the box. It's a minor item, but it was just an example of who they hire, train and send into their customer’s homes. I've met quite a few through my 10 years or so working with them, and every single one of their team was great. Finally - their after care is great. They are quick to answer emails or phone calls, send out a technician if needed, and carefully partner with their customers to ensure great results. We are extremely happy customers, and highly recommend Tailor-Made Audio & Video to anyone wanting a home theater, whole home sound systems, and integrate home automation systems. These guys are pros, and I didn't even consider asking anyone else to handle my second home after my experience with them on our prior home.

I cannot recommend them enough This past fall I finally took the plunge and invested in some very nice high-end audio and video equipment for my media room. It was the culmination of years of dreaming - Pioneer Plasma and Receiver, Panasonic Blu-Ray, Focal Speakers, 7.1 Surround Sound, Multi-Room Audio, Internet Streaming Audio, etc. The challenge for me was understanding how to make this stuff work as well as it could, have a professional installation with no visible wires and make it simple to operate - even for my wife and family visitors. That is why I brought in John and Greg from Tailor-Made. John showed up at my house and spent an hour walking through my house to understand what I wanted. He provided a free quote that was honestly quite a bit lower than I expected. I evaluated several installers and Tailor-Made was the most qualified and actually had the lowest price which made my decision easy. Installation day was an exercise in efficiency. John and Greg installed all of the aforementioned components, ran speaker and cable wire through the walls to multiple rooms and had everything working flawlessly by dinner time. The last step was handing me a Universal Remote that controlled everything using simple to understand commands that even my father-in-law mastered the first time. Now I get to enjoy this system every day and I must say it is truly amazing. Watching Blu-ray movies with the new lossless audio formats firing out of the seven speakers is actually better than going to a good movie theatre. Listening to music is like a live show. I could not be more pleased and these guys made it happen in one day. I cannot recommend them enough.

Exceeded our expectations Well it was time to upgrade the old TV into the 21st century. We wanted something affordable, a TV we could use with our existing surround sound system. Going to the big box stores was a nightmare. We didn't have time to research the technology and suppliers nor the expertise to install the system. Fortunately, I met John Lepore, co-owner of TMAV at a Chamber event. John came to our house, asked us a bunch of questions, looked over the room and existing equipment. He explained to us in simple terms the options available to us. The system TMAV installed exceeded our expectations but not our budget. I can't wait to watch the Celtics win the championship on our new TV. It feels like we are "Front Row". A big high five to Tailor Made Audio and Video.

Prompt, efficient and did a terrific job We just remodeled our kitchen and converted a sun porch to a den. We decided to install a flat screen TV and wanted a sound system for the rest of the house. They did an awesome job! I wanted to follow-up on my call to you earlier this week with this note to tell you what a fantastic job your installation team did this past Monday. Tom and Tyler were terrific. Their focused efforts resulted in a system that has exceeded our expectations! From the time they arrived to when they left, they were focused on two things....doing the job in an expert, professional manner and making sure we were completely satisfied with their work. Tyler did a great job re-wiring our existing system and integrating the new Sonos equipment and Sony Blu-ray DVD perfectly. Tom's focus on the installation work along with making sure our integrated remote was reprogrammed correctly tying the entire system back together again topped it off! Tom meticulously ensured each function was clear, easy to use and met with our complete satisfaction. He loaded the appropriate apps on our smart phones and tablets with ease. He patiently answered each and every question, made adjustments, and carefully and deliberately demonstrated each function and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end product. They did an awesome job! When John did the initial site survey he explained to me the capabilities of Sonos and how it would enrich our system, I have to admit I didn't fully appreciate its far reaching effects. Now that we've been enjoying it for several days, I'm pleased to say I not only get it, I'm blown away with the depth and breadth of its capabilities and the music it brings to us. It's incredible! The Sony Blu-ray DVD is also amazing. Thank you for the great recommendation, we couldn't be more pleased.

I have been enjoying all the hard work you put into assembling my very sophisticated Home Theater system. I think of all of you every time I turn on my television(s) and use my remote system.
