Families are placing multiple screens on one wall to watch several sports games or shows at once, while others are hanging a flat screen in the living room and also installing a screen over it that can be brought down for movie nights. By placing multiple screens on different walls in a bedroom, individuals can enjoy various programs in the same space. The truth is that we have so many choices for entertainment today, it’s quite convenient to have more than one screen to watch content on.

Trend 2: 4K with HDR

Experts are predicting that 4K TVs will enter more homes this year than HD. The fact is 4K is definitely trending right now and is here to stay. For one, they look spectacular due to the fact they deliver four times the amount of pixels compared to HD, and secondly the price of 4K TVs is dropping resulting in more people bringing home UHD. Along with the 4K craze is HDR, which stands for high-dynamic range. HDR produces a wider range of brightness than conventional video, as well as more color contrast.
