Exceeded our expectations

Well it was time to upgrade the old TV into the 21st century. We wanted something affordable, a TV we could use with our existing surround sound system. Going to the big box stores was a nightmare. We didn't have time to research the technology and suppliers nor the expertise to install the system. Fortunately, I met John Lepore, co-owner of TMAV at a Chamber event. John came to our house, asked us a bunch of questions, looked over the room and existing equipment. He explained to us in simple terms the options available to us. The system TMAV installed exceeded our expectations but not our budget. I can't wait to watch the Celtics win the championship on our new TV. It feels like we are "Front Row". Prompt, efficient and did a terrific job

We just remodeled our kitchen and converted a sun porch to a den. We decided to install a flat screen TV and wanted a sound system for the rest of the house. We had three different companies quote and we are thrilled that we hired TMAV. Their pricing was competitive and they had great ideas on how to give us what we wanted without breaking the bank. They did an awesome job!

I wanted to follow-up on my call to you earlier this week with this note to tell you what a fantastic job your installation team did this past Monday. Tom and Tyler were terrific. Their focused efforts resulted in a system that has exceeded our expectations! From the time they arrived to when they left, they were focused on two things....doing the job in an expert, professional manner and making sure we were completely satisfied with their work. Tyler did a great job re-wiring our existing system and integrating the new Sonos equipment and Sony Blu-ray DVD perfectly. Tom's focus on the installation work along with making sure our integrated remote was reprogrammed correctly tying the entire system back together again topped it off! Tom meticulously ensured each function was clear, easy to use and met with our complete satisfaction. He loaded the appropriate apps on our smart phones and tablets with ease. He patiently answered each and every question, made adjustments, and carefully and deliberately demonstrated each function and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end product. They did an awesome job!

When John did the initial site survey he explained to me the capabilities of Sonos and how it would enrich our system, I have to admit I didn't fully appreciate its far reaching effects. Now that we've been enjoying it for several days, I'm pleased to say I not only get it, I'm blown away with the depth and breadth of its capabilities and the music it brings to us. It's incredible! The Sony Blu-ray DVD is also amazing. Thank you for the great recommendation, we couldn't be more pleased.

Extremely pleasant and happy experience

My experience with you and your staff was an extremely pleasant and happy experience. I have been enjoying all the hard work you put into assembling my very sophisticated Home Theater system. I think of all of you every time I turn on my television(s) and use my remote system. You can't imagine how impressed my friends are when they come to my home and see the set up I have. I have hosted several Super Bowl parties since you installed my home theater and the compliments just keep flowing. It's been beyond what I ever expected or hoped to have.

You can be sure I will recommend you and your company to friends who are looking to set up a home theater system of their own. Your knowledge and persistence in installing and giving top quality service is something that one doesn't find very often today.
